For most of my life, I was the type who got things done.
Chiropractic training. Functional medicine. Corporate work.
I ran my own business. I held it all. I pushed through.
I also overrode every signal my body gave me.
First came the fatigue.
Then the fog.
Then the chronic pain that refused to leave.
Later, there were diagnoses. Labels. Clinical explanations.
But the truth was already written in how I was living.
I went from “I just need to push harder”
→ to wondering if I’d ever get through a normal day again.
I tried everything. And I mean everything:

- Organic food
- Somatic practices
- Energy medicine
- Breathwork
- Prayer
